5 minute step stool makeover

I've been looking for a step stool to keep in our downstairs bathroom for months... Just something small enough to keep handy for my 3 year old.  It seemed like all the ones I found had some sort of obnoxious cartoon character on them, were painted too juvenile, or were simply over priced.

Enter Goodwill.  Where I found this for $1.  One. Dollar.

I gave it a good sand down, painted it a glossy white, and dipped the feet in a shiny gold... Voila!  

The perfect stool for $1 and 5 minutes of my time!
